Session 3...I know I glazed the buildings, but you sure can't tell! Forgot I had moved my painting spot to the end of the table, perpendicular to the north light after I took this photo...took another, and you can see a bit of difference.
alot of difference. the light behind me was washing everything out.

Your work has changed since you moved. It's lighter, more free, yet deeper in emotion. I'm very impressed.

Interesting, I had to look back at the images after I saw Lisa's statement. I guess I'm inclined to agree! Hmmmmmmm very interesting indeed, looking very cheerful in this winter season!

slow pace? you mean on these layers? the dead layer is the only one I've zoned out on. Of course, don't forget that I am a niggedly person by birth...
I have done needlepoint on silk gauze (1400 stitches per sq inch) FOREVER. So this is nothing!
One piece of my needlework 'museum' survived the fire. A Chinese dragon with butterflies, on 18 mesh canvas...at least 2500 smyrna crosses in a 1/2" border across.
SO, I think we all need to hope this 5 layer method does not capture my interest too much. Capeese?
