Moses Botkin February Challenge "Striped Socks"

And the challenge goes on regardless of the rest of our lives! Striped Socks...an easy concept, don't ya think? Unless you are traveling when you should be painting,  as I was. I thought about doing an 'oops', I just can't get it in this time...but had an idea that worked.

Diana chose this month's subject, Striped Socks...and from the looks of things it struck a chord with all of us. Enjoy!

I love this piece you did. Whoever this little charmer is, he is a livin' doll!

I'm so impressed that you did this while traveling!

I love the finished Liam as well! They both work perfectly. Thank you for sharing your process.

Thanks, suzanne! I'm not getting much studio time, and really missing it. I started taking process photos from the beginning as a method of training my eye, and I was also being mentored by Kippy Hammond. I've continued to take them because the slideshows are so cool...especially if the end result is good :)
